"He (Felipe David) had been standing in front of a freight elevator on sub-level 1 about 400 feet from the office when fire burst out of the elevator shaft, causing his injuries." The skin on his face had been peeled away by the heat of the blast and he was horribly burned on thirty-three percent of his body. He was burned so badly from the basement explosion that flesh was hanging from his face and both arms.

Firefighters' Testimony

"I guess about three minutes later you just heard explosions coming from building two, the south tower. It seemed like it took forever, but there were about ten explosions."

But the totality of evidence suggests that internal demolition charges were responsible. Thermate is a compound used in controlled demolitions to melt and slice through steel—the charges are arranged to slice a 45-degree cut, then a more powerful explosive charge separates the severed halves. The photo above displays a steel box column severed at such an angle, with melted-steel residue. And physics professor Stephen Jones has detected the chemical signature of thermate in slag recovered from the site.

Weeks later, during the clean-up operation, pools of still molten steel were discovered beneath the rubble. This remains unexplained—by officialdom. But the testimony of William Rodriguez (see sidebar), corroborated by 14 others in the B2 sub-basement, leaves no doubt that powerful explosions ripped the foundations of the towers—another technique of controlled demolitions.

How could the Towers have been wired for demolition?
On Sat. and Sun. (9-8 and 9-9), power was shut down in both Towers, disabling all security cameras, while unidentified technicians rewired the buildings from the 50th floors upwards. On the previous Thursday, (9-6), bomb-sniffing dogs that usually patrolled the buildings were abruptly removed. The company in charge of WTC security, Securacom, featured George Bush's brother, Marvin Bush, on the board of directors.
